The Government has implemented the National Recovery Plan (NRP) nationwide, which is a 4-phase exit strategy from the Covid-19 crisis. Starting 18 October 2021, the state of Selangor, where our office is located, enters Phase 4 of the NRP. Under Phase 4 of the NRP, all business sectors are allowed to operate. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? (i) OUR PHYSICAL OFFICE REOPENS Our physical office reopens on 18 October 2021, with scheduled work from home operations. We have been and will continue to be fully contactable through phone and email. If you wish to speak to us, you may already have our mobile numbers, or you may email us at info@advanz.com.my to set up a phone/video conference. Due to the ongoing situation and in practicing social distancing, we would strongly encourage that all communications take place via electronic communications and by video conferencing unless it is absolutely necessary. Should you require to meet us at our office, please note that the requisite safety policies are in place to access our premises, and will need to be strictly adhered to. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding in this regard. (ii) OPERATION OF IP OFFICE IN MALAYSIA The IP Office has reopened. The online filing platform remains operational.
(iii) COURIER & MAIL TO OUR PHYSICAL OFFICE As our physical office reopens on 18 October 2021, courier and mail may be sent to our office following your usual practice.
