Any enhancement to protection [for example, filing a series of mark (where applicable)] will attract additional fees.
No refund of fees paid if trademark application encounters objections from MYIPO and/or opposition, or once official fees are paid to MYIPO.
The free pre-filing identical mark search offered as part of the limited time promotion package is conducted using MYIPO's database and are basic/simple searches only. This simple search provides an indication of registrability strength of the mark of interest but may not identify similar prior marks that MYIPO may raise as obstacles against registration of the mark of interest. You may ask us to conduct a comprehensive pre-filing search with detailed analysis but this will incur cost. Please check with us for our fees.
Upfront payment of the above mentioned fees will be collected prior to commencement of work instructed.
Promotions have no cash value, are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
